          NKC®-1(Ethylene oxide to Ethylene glycol ether Catalyst)Catalyst

           

          NKC®-1(乙二醇醚)催化剂用于由乙醇和环氧乙烷制备乙二醇乙醚。

          特点:

          具有无腐蚀性,无污染的优点;

          南开大学研制了新型合成乙二醇乙醚的NKC-1固体酸催化剂,并与天津石油化学公司第三石油化工厂合作进行了60立升釜的中试放大试验,取得了良好效果;

          1984年4月天津市科学技术委员会委托南开大学和天津石化公司对NKC-1催化剂进行了技术鉴定。

          鉴定会认为:
          1、NKC®-1催化剂可使反应时间缩短2/3,产品收率达到75%左右,比采用BF3催化剂收率增加15%.
          2、NKC®-1催化剂活性稳定,对设备无腐蚀,无环境污染。 
          3、应用NKC®-1催化剂生产的乙二醇乙醚产品质量合格,生产工艺成熟,可以组织工业化试生产。

          NKC®-1催化剂获1985年国家教委科技发明二等奖。

           

          进料比(乙醇/环氧乙烷)=6~8(摩尔);

          乙二醇乙醚对环氧乙烷的收率为90%(mol);

          环氧乙烷的单程收率为93%;

          乙二醇乙醚的选择性为97%.

           

          NKC®-1 (glycol ether) catalyst is used to prepare glycol ether from ethanol and ethylene oxide. 

          Features:

          Has the advantages of non-corrosive and non-polluting;

          Nankai University developed a new NKC-1 solid acid catalyst for the synthesis of glycol ether, and cooperated with the Third Petrochemical Plant of Tianjin Petrochemical Company to conduct a pilot amplification test of 60 liters of kettle, and achieved good results.;

          In April 1984, Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission commissioned Nankai University and Tianjin Petrochemical Company to conduct technical appraisal of the NKC-1 catalyst;

          The appraisal will believe that: 

          1, NKC®-1 catalyst can shorten the reaction time by 2/3, the product yield reaches about 75%, compared with the use of BF3 catalyst yield increased by 15%.

          2, NKC®-1 catalyst activity is stable, no corrosion to the equipment, no environmental pollution. 

          3. The quality of ethylene glycol ether produced by NKC-1 catalyst is qualified, the production process is mature, and industrial trial production can be organized. 

          The NKC®-1 catalyst won the second prize of the National Education Commission for Scientific and Technological Invention in 1985. 

              

          Feed ratio (ethanol/ethylene oxide) = 6 to 8 (molar); 

          The yield of ethylene glycol ether to ethylene oxide is 90% (mol);

          Ethylene oxide yielded 93% in one pass;

           The selectivity of ethylene glycol ether is 97%.

          运输:非危险品,但运输过程中要避免潮湿,保持干燥、密封。

          储存方法:在干燥、透风处贮存,不得露天存放。

          Storage method:Deposit in dry place and vent, not in the open air.
